Curriculum Design and Development Specialist
Location: Pasig City
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience
An established BPO Company is currently looking for a Curriculum Design and Development Specialist to work with their Australian Client in creating and updating training materials and curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Design and writing of training courses
Develop and implement learning and training curriculum
Identify most suitable approach or strategy in the design and implementation of courses.
Qualifications/ Skills required:
Degree in any field
At least 3 years experience in a Trainer/ Course Writer role within the BPO Industry
Experience and knowledge in the creation, design and writing of training materials and curriculum
Excellent English communication skills.
