- At least 2-years of working experience as a Team Leader or Contact Center Supervisor is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree, any field.
- Must have used decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills as a routine part of daily activities.
- Knowledge of general business practices and principles is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Amenable to work in Cebu City.
- Supervises Customer Service Representatives.
- Ensures that the performance of the department exceeds expectations.
- Assures that statistic reporting and other administrative activities are performed within approved time frames and standards.
- Monitors and evaluate agent's performance based on KPI.
- Resolves customer escalation.
