Job Description
- Prepare reports and other documents needed to support tech project/program activities
- Send out the necessary meeting or presentation logistics
- Provide coordination and support to different LBUs.
- Maintain contacts with potential stakeholders who may be interested in investing in projects
- Keep records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
- Intermediate between the director and other workers to prevent agitations that may hinder the smooth flow of project execution
Minimum Qualifications
- MS Excel (Pivot, logical functions)
- Advance visualization skills in MS Powerpoint
- Data Story telling
- Good communication skills
- Highly organized
- Highly analytical
- Other visualization tools (i.e. Canva)
Good to have:
- Knowledge in Power BI
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
