Job Description
- Evaluates solutions models and develops integrated solution designs, plans, and architecture to address Business Requirements and short to medium-term
- In charge of leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular solution
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
- Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders
- Defining features, phases, and solution requirements
- Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of progressive work experience in designing, implementing and leading successful technology/product-oriented business solutions focused on optimizing business value and process, and business applications and platforms; Management Consulting, BPR, or equivalent
- IT/Telco industry experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Product Management & Development
- Process Engineering & Information Systems
- Experience in initiating, managing and implementing complex business transformation projects.
- Expertise in process re-engineering and experience with software development projects and methodologies.
- Knowledge of technology product and software development lifecycles
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that is understandable to business units.
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and visualization tools (Visio)
- Strong writing skills and the ability to document business needs and requirements, business processes, and business options rapidly, clearly, and effectively
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
