Job Description
- The Service Adviser's main responsibility is to initially diagnose customer concerns.
- Translate the actual repair problems for the Auto Mechanic based on the description given by the customer.
- He shall work closely with customers to schedule services and handle administrative coordination for the Customer Service Department.
Minimum Qualifications
The Client is a large local company based in Manila and is engaged in the sales and distribution of heavy equipment.
- A graduate of a 4-year Automotive course or related study
- With at least 2 years of technical work experience
- People Oriented and able to handle customer complaints
- Possesses good communication skills and can work with minimum supervision
- Capable of multi-tasking while maintaining quality standards
