Job Description
- Coordinates with various parties, depending on the President and Publishers requirements.
- Handles all incoming and outgoing calls to and from the President and Publisher’s office.
- Updates and follows up delegated tasks by the President and Publisher.
- Prepares reports, correspondences, and memorandums as required by the President and Publisher.
- Sends and receives messages and documents using fax machine and electronic mail.
- Schedules and confirms appointments and meetings of the President and Publisher.
- Ensures good housekeeping is maintained throughout the President and Publisher’s office.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the President and Publisher.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Journalism, Mass Communication or Media or any related course
- Preferably with experience in Publishing, Writing, Public Relations, Styling,Advertising, Copywriting and Editing
- Able to coordinate shoots, contact personalities, brands and the like
- Must be resourceful, practical and have a positive working attitude
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and mature in dealing with work and people
- Able to multi task
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Coordinating skills
- Has proofeading skills
- Knows how to basic deck/ presentation
- Highly Organized and fast learner
- Patient, hardworking and can work well with a team
- Flexible and willing to extend hours to finish deadlines
