Job Description
- Attends to all VP business concerns such as schedules of meeting, memos, etc.
- Prepares documents in joining and/ or attending bidding invitations by Government trials and private establishments.
- Assists in applying , renewing, processing, and securing of licenses required by the company.
- Other administrative & field work responsibilities that may be required by the VP — Business Development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- 3 year experience as an Executive Secretary doing business correspondence.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Punctual.
