Manager, Development Engineering | Finance Control and People Development  

As a Manager of Development Engineering, you will lead the Design of Experiment (DOE) Budget Forecasting and Cost Control that may lead into a function program. You will also support materials and inventory control that needs strong leadership and collaboration internally and externally. You shall also create a program for people development and implementation of standards to DOE function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• DOE budget forecast and cost control
• Managing DOE indirect/direct materials inventory
• Lead people development program and standard implementation
• Drive cost reduction program
• Good Collaboration with internally and external customers

Qualifications:

Required:
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering/ Accounting.
• Good Personality and Strong Leadership
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Publisher and MS Project

Preferred:
• Trainer/ knows how to manage people/group
• Engineering Graduate / BS Accounting with 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
• Good Leadership

• Demonstrated understanding of general business and financial concepts and principles, relating benefit strategies to broader business.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization

• Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
