Job Description
- Function as a roving merchandiser.
- Will be assigned to handle a minimum of 20 stores.
- Seek direction from Immediate Supervisor at all times particularly on:
- Schedule of store visit
- Purpose of visit
- Merchandise positioning
- Product promotions
- New products
- Price Adjustments
- Special Instructions
- Represent Harvestime with the highest level of professionalism at all times by:
- Maintaining professional appearance.
- Exuding emotional maturity.
- Providing prompt response to customer requests.
- Being punctual in compliance to agreed schedule.
- Communicating our brand knowledgeably.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Retail Store Managers and employees by:
- Responding to their queries and requests.
- Assisting in the smooth execution of their retail strategies.
- Manage and maintain proper display of company products by:
- Providing optimum display of products.
- Arranging/sorting/tidying of company products.
- Monitoring product shelf life.
- Monitoring storage conditions and meets the standard temperature.
- Ensuring that products are in topnotch shape and condition.
- Observe and maintain stock levels by:
- Providing daily report to ASE on stock levels.
- Coordinating with retail store manager on stock planning and prompting store management to reorder.
- Recommending inventory level in anticipation of high customer traffic (i.e. Mother’s day celebration).
- Submitting report to ASE on recommended SKUs for replenishment.
- Staying on top of delivery schedules.
- Report competitors’ activities.
- Promotional activities
- Pricing
- New Products
- Assist in the promotional activities of ASE and Distributor by:
- Coordinating with store management.
- Doing ingress/egress.
- Observing customer reactions and answering their queries.
- Submitting activity report to supervisor.
- Interact with customers and seeking of valuable feedback.
- Update job knowledge by:
- Participating in educational opportunities.
- Reading books and publications and developing personal networks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year business course from a reputable College/University.
- With good scholastic records.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Can adapt to fast-paced business environment.
- Willing to work on extended hours.
