Admin Operations Engineer | Onsite  

The Admin Operations Engineer deals with suppliers by taking care of documents and negotiating with them. Does inventory management, asset tracking/tagging and provides support for retail stores.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, Monitor, and record hardware assets and/or software license to make sure they are cokpliant to vendor contracts.
• Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software models in the DML right from their introduction to their retirement.
• Manage activities concerning license compliance audits to be able to answer to requests from software editors effectively.
• Performs IT audit.
• Design processes relating to software and hardware asset management, execute and enhance them.

• IT course is preferred.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• 1 year of experience in IT admin work.
• Meticulous; detail-oriented.
• Understands the procurement process.
• Understands Asset Management process.
• Can negotiate with Vendors.
• Can provide recommendation based on product evaluation.
• Establish and maintain hardware and software maintenance database.
• Can install and manage laptops/desktops.
• Well versed in windows system and microsoft applications.
• Can troubleshoot IT equipment like printers, UPS etc.
• Understands and CCTV system.
• Understands Network and Security system and network equipment.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
