Job Description
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Suggest and organize team building activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
- Experience in handling corporate travel.
- Experience in using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
- Experience in ticketing
- Handled 13-30 Staff
- Handled situations which had a lot of pressures
- Ability to do the following:
- Articulate and find quick solutions to problems
- Handle stress well
- Deal with other nationalities
- must not have more than 3 companies in the last 10 years
- Amenable to working on shifting schedule, as well as working on holidays and weekend
- 40k-50k
