Job Description
- Coordinate with respective departments to obtain business data and conduct analysis for performance optimization on systems and resources;
- Review current manufacturing procedures to identify areas of improvement and drive necessary changes for better efficiency and quality;
- Research and prepare best practice quality, continuous improvement and risk management practices;
- Evaluate operational processes and provide recommendations to meet market and customer needs;
- Prepare analysis and proposals for development and implementation of new processes and workflow;
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 5 years’ experience in apparel manufacturing is preferred;
- Knowledge of manufacturing operation and workflow;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical/data-mining tools;
- Strong sense of confidentiality, business ethics and responsibility with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Stationed in Dandong, PRC.
