Job Description
- Oversee the daily operation of the Development Office database.
- To provide research on key donors and prospects as requested by the COO and the Executive Director.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data, including input and output, technology management, and end-user training and support.
- Provides support to staff by assisting with the creation of reports and mailing lists, developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and plan for future data conversions/upgrades as needed
- Develop and maintain efficient systems for data cleansing, data entry, prospect research, and relationship management.
- Provides excellent customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a complex database
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and effectively with computerized data systems. Proficiency and experience with information technology and basic accounting principles
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and a variety of demands
- Able to work in an environment of constant demands and frequent interruptions.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
