Job Description
  • Have an intimate knowledge of COPC and Six Sigma processes through training or experience.
  • Proactively provide insight, analysis, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Manage projects, tasks, and systems utilizing project management methodology.
  • Articulate system requirements and concepts to both business audiences and highly-technical individuals.
  • Translate requirements into actionable reports.
  • Perform various ad-hoc analyses, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction analysis, tenure and learning curve analysis, quality of service analysis, and contractual KPI driver analysis.
  • Develop repeatable solutions and promote methodology best practices.
  • Maintain existing reports and processes.
  • Access, extract, and manipulate data from disparate data sources.
  • Create, update, and revise dashboards, and other custom reports.
  • Create and update reporting process documentations.
  • Consult with end-users to help define analysis project requirements.
  • Work independently and in conjunction with team members across the organization.
  • Learn new reporting technologies and tools.
  • Adhere to all data security rules and guidelines.
  • Attend and provide proactive input at all relevant meetings with key client stakeholders.
  • Serve as secondary owner to quality-related reports delivered by the BI Team.
  • Closely work with the BI Manager for Quality on analysis projects.
