Job Description
- Responsible for transaction processing, shipment monitoring, customer and shop coordination, and other back-office related workload.
- Provide assistance related to online operations.
- Validate pending transaction/orders until certain conditions are met.
- Check and verify payments made by customers.
- Monitor approved/validated orders
- Check customer and shop accounts (history and compliance).
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and keen to details.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Must be willing to work on six-day working schedule
- Full-Time position(s) available.
