Job Description
- Prep patient for diagnostic imaging exam.
- Read doctor's notes as to why exam is being performed.
- Take medical histories.
- Produce x-ray films of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems such as cancer or fractures.
- Explain procedure to patient.
- Keep patient records.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology/X-ray Technology
- MS Office Applications
- Registered Radiologic/X-ray Technologist
- With at least 1-year relevant experience is a plus
- Ultrasound experience is a plus
- Very good communication and clerical skills
- Very good interpersonal and patient rapport
- Analytical and detailed oriented and analytical
