Job Description
- Prepares, plans, and project manages the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
- Builds strategic tie-up/partnerships in kid/family related brands/companies.

- Creates marketing campaigns and works with the company's external PR agency for execution.
- Ensures availability of party brochures, amenities, and supplies in the branches.
- Prepares materials for regular postings on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts.
- Ties up with Schools for promotional activities such as:
- School fairs
- Events
- Promos
- Organizes and implements all event planning protocols such as:
- Pre-event
- Coordination and preparation
- Implementation
- Post-event
- Deals with members of the press including the following:
- Bloggers
- TV networks
- Publications, etc.
- Collects and summarizes party surveys.
- Ensures regular updating of databases in all branches (encoding on a daily basis).
- Maintains a “Master List” of all databases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related course.
- Minimum 2 year experience in marketing and events.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Good analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Advanced research skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills that include:
- Adherence to deadlines
- Multi-tasking
- Prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work both independently and with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.
- A “people person” who is confident and has a positive personality.
