Business Dev't Associate  

Duties include:

• Market research and advertising for the company and its travel services
• Research, analyze and report on market trends and competitor updates
• Identify new leads for both individual and corporate accounts
• Develop new business by upselling to existing accounts
• Prepare package tours and other travel services proposals which include analyzing routes / itinerary, calculating best fare for the clients, proposing competitive pricing for the company and drafting proposals.
• Create and design collaterals and client presentations
• Maintain and monitor the branding of the company on various portals such as but not limited to website, emails to clients, social mediasites
• Deliver excellent service and ensure high customer satisfaction

The business development associate will create and build client relationships to achieve the sales goal of the company. This role assists in developing and facilitating proposals on the package tours and other travel services of Guatson to both individual and corporate clients. This entails budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations.

Job Qualifications

• With at least 3 years experience in the travel/tourism industry and with actual exposure to international flight reservations, sales and booking of international tour packages.
• Must be knowledgeable marketing, branding and research
• Personable and can communicate effectively in English
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be a team player
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Must be willing to work at Pasig City
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
