Job Description
- The role is responsible for the financial (and key operational metrics) of all its 4 Wheels Businesses, including GrabCar, GrabShare, GrabCar Premium, GrabPet, GrabFamily, GrabTaxi, etc.
- The environment is dynamic, and runs at breakneck speed, necessitating heavy change management in directions and plans all the time.
- Ability to manage people and stakeholders to enable the team to deliver against metrics
- Ability to exercise critical and strategic thinking to solve difficult problems and optimize against various tradeoffs in a regulated environment like the Philippines
- Breadth of competency across various fields like data analytics, communications, and project management to conceptualize and achieve high-impact initiatives, whether short- or long-term
- Comfort and skill in presenting complex subjects clearly and coherently to both colleagues and customers, and regulators
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Must have managed a business in previous roles
- Quick learning agility and strong sense of ownership
- Able to consistently perform comfortably under pressure in a dynamic, ultra-fast paced environment
- Ability to create business cases and models on special projects geared for business growth
- Adept at financial forecasting, budgeting, and pricing cause-and-effect simulation
- Primarily driven by quantitative outcome for all decision making
- Effective communicator, collaborator and team player
- Manage P/L of a business
- Strategy or consulting experience a plus
- Managing a competitive business is an advantage
- Must be comfortable with analyzing data using spreadsheets i.e. MS Excel
- Familiarity with data tools/programs such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau Software is a plus
- Related fields of experience include: Operations, Project Management, Finance, Data Analytics, etc.
