Job Description

We are looking for a driven, proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering guest inquiries via email, text and phone
- Troubleshooting any issues relating to the BigDish user app functionality
- Providing basic support to our restaurant partners and escalating any critical issues to our Account Management team in the UK
- Making phone calls to confirm reservations
- Working on other duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- You have strong technological aptitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- You feel passionate about solving client problems and have excellent social skills
- Mastery of spoken and written English
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Ability to follow a UK time-schedule
- Passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry is a plus
