Job Description
About the Opportunity:
- Assists in the facilitation of training programs, and ensures the timely accomplishment of Training, Learning, and Performance programs to guarantee operational efficiency
- Ensures participants are qualified to attend training classes, facilitates class discussion, prepares and sends update to key stakeholders, and conducts training graduation
- Monitors on-time training, notifies key stakeholders to reinforce compliance and recommends ways to achieve its target on-time training completion
- Recommends ways to enhance the current talent training processes that are relevant to McDonald’s Philippines system, and test its compatibility with the company’s current processes

Minimum Qualifications
- Must have experience in facilitating learning and development classes, research analysis, and consulting
