Job Description
What you'll do:
- Responsible for accurate and complete recording of Journal Entries in the Accounting books
- Quarterly analysis of Intercompany ledgers and ensure completeness of recording of intercompany invoices
- Ensure accuracy and validation of the monthly payroll from our Third-Party Provider and complete recording in our books
- Perform AR bookkeeping responsibilities such as keeping accounting software logs updated, recording cash receipts from clients, reconciling AR accounts and payments, and generating AR reports for aging analysis.
- Monthly bank reconciliations and F/X accounting and weekly cash forecasting
Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will play a key role in the development and growth of the Finance processes of our headquarter office and US entity.
What You’ll Need
- A graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related Bachelor/Associate Degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in General Accounting
- With high analytical and communication skills
- Experience with multinational company is a plus
- Knowledge of Accounting software such as Quickbook, Sage
