Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s business goals are achieved through effective human resource management. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of how the different HR facets impact organizational goals. The following are some of the responsibilities of the HR Manager.

  • Leads and directs the human resources team to deliver timely and consistent HR service to the organization that focuses on the following facets: Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations, Compliance.
  • Ensures legal and regulatory compliance (PEZA, DOLE) that results in productive organizational experiences. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for ensuring up-to-date compliance.
  • Manages the effective delivery of compensation and benefits to employees, manages reward advice and supports employees on company benefits
  • Ensures that timekeeping and payroll are delivered systematically.
  • Provides information and coaching to managers in the effective delivery of performance and compensation management system of the organization. The ideal candidate must have a strong appreciation of the impact of talent to organizational objectives.
  • Oversees and implements the employee relations program of the organization. This includes management of attendance and grievance issues.
  • Ensures the implementation and development of HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Oversees employee engagement team in planning and executing company events and activities.
  • Measures employee satisfaction and identifies areas that require improvement
  • Coaches managers on performance management issues and processes
  • Provides guidance on development for managers and their teams
  • Collaborates with the Country Manager the development agenda on identified areas that need attention and improvement
  • Develops recruitment and talent management systems to tailor fit to the needs of the organization
  • Manages talent and succession planning; oversees recruitment activities and campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a degree holder
  • Must have at least 5 years HR-related experience, preferably managerial or at least supervisory
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood, but also willing to travel to the goFLUENT Alabang office once or twice a week.
  • Must be fluent in English
