Job Description
- Create high-level promo strategy alongside with Marketing team and Account Managers
- Negotiate promo alongside with Account Managers, including consumer promo, B2B promo, merchant and cashier incentive program
- Finalize promo with the AM & list down operational requirements for promo executions
- Create POSM distribution plan to optimize POSM visibility, prioritizing POIs and key outlets
- Liaise with external vendor for the distribution of POSM and SPG placements
- Create and execute various merchant and store activation initiatives
- Track and maximise promo performance, including effectiveness analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- Min 3 years of experience in client facing environment
- Experience in creating promotional program
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible & adaptable in work approach
- Excel & budgeting experience is a plus
