Job Description
- Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Must communicate & follow up effectively regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduates from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Having minimum 2-3 years experience in a related field (for supervisor)
- Knowledge Collections procedures
- Strong ability to operate Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Commitment to excellent service and collections procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
