Job Description
- Naturally curious about users/ people, their behaviour and understanding it in order to build great product and a great platform.
- Responsible for helping us to answer the big WHYS of GoJek’s key products, and stakeholders both internal (POs/PMs, Marketing, Growth, BOD) and external (users, drivers, merchants)
- Comfortable with tackling large complex problems and small focused ones, in terms of attitude, personality, and drive
- All with the goal of leveling the app up and turning it into the best on-demand ride-hail and delivery service platform in Indonesia.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2+ years experience as a consumer researcher, design researcher/ ethnographer, field researcher/ journalist, documentary researcher/filmmaker, strategic planner and researcher
- Having a degree in a related field- Anthropology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Design and Design Thinking, Experience Design, Product R&D, Strategy & Research,
- Having experience in the field, talking to consumers of different socio-economic classes and backgrounds, and research in communities that led to an impactful solution, product or initiative
- Demonstrates the ability to:
- Talk to people and understand and empathize with their pain points
- Know how to take a brief and turn it into a research design and plan in phases and what methodology and output to use, to get the answer you need
- Understand the basics of writing a discussion guide for an interview/ one on one or
- Group discussion with people
- Take and work with data and able to use it to translate hypotheses into questions to test on the field
- Show your research led to impactful and useful solutions
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English- bilingual
