Job Description
- Develops and implements strategic plans for the Corporate Communications Division to facilitate the achievement of GO-JEK vision.
- Supervises research, development, and implementation of a Communication strategy, standards, and practices.
- Proactively builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders that will promote GO-JEK work and reputation, both as a service provider as well as employer.
- Manages relations, and builds relationships with key industry media, regulatory bodies, NGOs, academic/university, and other stakeholders.
- Takes the lead in Emergency Response Communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in handling external and internal relations.
- Extensive knowledge of branding principles and tactics both for external as well as internal organization audience.
- Experienced in leading a team.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong time and project management skills to complete multiple tasks.
- Ability to be flexible and open to changing priorities and challenges.
