Job Description
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with HRBP and User to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources using various methods and channel
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants using various methods and channel
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with users; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor`s Degree and Master Degree from anyfields
- Proven (minimum 2 years) work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Able to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical thinking
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a desire to succeed
- Strong will to learn new skills
