Job Description

  • Supervise Accounts, Payable Staff. Oversee the invoice data entry and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop, implement and maintain AP procedures and policies to ensure controls, efficiencies, and adherence to company policies
  • Interact with other departments, responding to questions and concerns
  • Manager accounts payable reporting
  • Assist the Finance Operations Manager with other AP duties as may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Minimal 3 years in Public Accountant/Consultant Firm or 5 years in Account Payable areas
  • Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chat of accounts and corporate procedures
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting (SAP Hana) and spreadsheet programs
  • Having experience in Using Procure to Pay system (preferably COUPA)
  • Having experience in Using Travel & Expense System (Preferably CONCUR)
  • Must be proficient in English language, both written and oral
