Main responsibilities

The Business Development Associate (BDA) will be taking on a multifaceted role that supports our US Managing Directors in developing key client relationships.

All new BDAs are required to train with the Recruiting team for 2-3 months in order to gain an understanding of core business operations and project execution.

Upon completion of this training, BDAs will move into the Business Development team, where they will experience a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities including:

  • Developing new email campaigns to reach out to potential clients, overseeing everything from campaign strategy and lead generation to scheduling emails for client outreach
  • Responding to potential clients and scheduling them for introductory meetings with a Managing Director
  • Aiding in introductory meeting preparation by researching potential clients ahead of the meetings
  • Cleaning and filtering contact lists in Excel, as well as uploading those contacts to our database and email outreach platform (you will become very familiar with Excel)
  • Database administration, including generating reports and filtering large amounts of data using specific criteria (you will become very familiar with SalesForce)
  • Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve general BD processes and operational efficiency
  • Assisting Senior Sales Team Members with creation of client decks and other key meeting and presentation materials

Job Requirement

Required:

  • College Degree
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • A proven track record of being a top-performer

  • Must be willing to work on a night shift
  • Must be willing to work in Makati

“Nice-to-have” (not required):

  • Familiarity with computers/technology
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • SalesForce or other relevant database/CRM experience
  • Prior Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Lead Generation experience
