Job Description
- Local and Non-Voice Account, full-time!
- Provide product/service description to the client
- Resolve or attend any emerging problems that customer might face
- Identify and assess customer needs to satisfaction
- Handle customer’s concern and provide appropriate action/solution
Minimum Qualifications
- At least graduated from high school and/or College undergraduates
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Willing to start ASAP
- Call Center Experience is not required
- Read, Write, Speak basic English
- Basic English communication skills
- Willing to work at Quezon City.
