Job Description
- Answering questions about the product or service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
- Actively listens to customers to understand their concerns and issues
- Receive customer calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduates, Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates/Undergraduates welcome to apply
- Good communications skills and writing skills. Knows how to speak English
- Can use basic computer applications such as Google Docs, Gmail, Microsoft Office and other programs the company uses
- With or without call center experience
- Willing to start immediately
