As Hotel Reservations Specialists, you will be:
• Taking incoming calls and responding to customer emails
• Providing service information to customers
• Responding to queries regarding hotel reservations, online bookings, cancellations, etc.
• Negotiating rates in hotels
Our Hotel Reservations/Travel Specialists are often the first point of contact for customers’ hotel-related inquiries, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
• At least high school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledgeable with computers
• With or without call center experience
• Must know basic English
• Willing to work in BPO
• Willing to start immediately
