Job Description
- Handles inbound customer service support calls.
- Assists international clients with their inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintains productivity and demonstrate initiative to continue learning.
- Provides direction, instructions and guidance to a group of individuals
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Suggest and organize team building activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients
- Computer literate and type at least 40 wpm
- Must have an experience in handling Telco Accounts for at least 2 years
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
