  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a technician for Mobile phones, tablet, and laptop.
  • Knowledgeable in standard repairing procedure of mobile phone, tablet, and laptop.
  • Knowledgeable in basic parts and components of the mobile phone, tablet and laptop.
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service operation.
  • Knowledgeable in vendor software system such as ASUS Lean eService Customer Oriented.
  • Knowledgeable in workplace organization and 5S application.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Team player.
Job Description

Technician is responsible for conducting correct diagnosis and repair on the units based on the given standard. The Technician is also responsible for preparing Technical Diagnosis and Repair Report. The Technician is also responsible for maintaining the tools and equipment for diagnosis and repair in good condition. The Technician directly reports to the Material Controller all the difficulties in diagnosis and repair of the unit. The Technician is responsible for handling all units for diagnosis and repair with full cautiousness.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve the target turnaround time for the Diagnosis of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Achieve the target turnaround time for the Repair of mobile phone, tablet, and laptop
  • Complete processing of the target quantity of units for diagnosis per day.
  • Complete processing the target quantity of units for repair per day.
  • Submit a daily report of diagnosis and repair status to immediate superior.
  • Submit monthly inventory and status report of the issued Technician tools and equipment.
