Job Description
The Business Development Associate is critical in assisting the Business Development Head in growing the company's business size and profitability by:
- Closing new business deals by aligning prospective clients' requirements vis a vis the company's solutions; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Responsible for generating leads and building a database of prospects.
- Identifies and proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending a response to client requirements.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible for client management during pitch creation (brand briefing, send-out of questionnaire, coordination for requirements needed by the pitch team) and before turn-over to the campaigns team.
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by analyzing the strategic value of the potential client vis-a-vis organization’s goals & realities; examining risks and potentials; estimating client’s needs and goals.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent in Communication and Presentation
- Strong Selling and Negotiating Skills
- Digital Marketing Knowledge (i.e. Social Media Management, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, SEO) and Technical knowledge
- Experience in handling P&L responsibility
- Proficient in Sales Planning
- Solid Entrepreneurial Mindset / Business-OrientedExtroverted & Outgoing
- Proficient at Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Graduate of Business Management or any related course from a reputable college or university
