Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to manage and update client concerns with the unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
- Manage client concerns and product issues referring it to the proper person in-charge or department and follow through until resolved.
- Update client on status of unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
- Prepare service tracking report, monthly service report and other related reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business course or equivalent.
- Must have extensive experience in Customer Service.
- Must be consistent with report contents and documentation.
- Must possess good communication and analytical skills, as it may involve coordination and instructions to others on the operation of equipment and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.

The partnership of Denon and Geek and Gadgets continued to expand when Denon granted the Denon Pro distribution early 2004.
We have built strong tie-ups with the Country’s biggest and well-known dealers of audio-video products numbering to almost 70 stores located at the Country’s top retail malls.
Three of this stores exclusively carries our brands and earn the merit of being our Priority Dealer.
