Job Description
- Responsible for HR services delivery in the office, being the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries and HR Operations.
- Responsible for compliance with corporate policy, labor laws & regulations, including all HR practices for the company.
- Involvement in various areas within Human Resources practice i.e., employee onboarding, employee benefits administration, payroll processing, mobility & work permit process, etc.
- Collaborates/works closely with central HR teams to assess/anticipate human resource-related needs to develop programs and solutions.
- Maintains awareness of the culture, plans, and competition of the practice under the HR purview
- Evaluates employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies
- Contributes and supports the employee engagement programs/social events that foster and promote a culture of excellence
- Provides support on the other areas of Human Resources practice when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as HRBP, HR generalist, HR administrator, etc
- Communicate in English fluently
- Candidate to be well versed with local labor law knowledge, and tax and social security regulations is preferred.
- Have experience using HR technology (such as an HRIS).
- A team player with a high level of energy, pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and competing priorities.
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility and nurture a positive working environment.
