This role involves designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills, assisting in an organizational redesign for efficiency, supporting succession planning for future leaders, and analyzing data to provide insights.


Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM-5:30PM)

Job Description

Assist in training and development by designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. This could include leadership development, team building, communication skills, and other relevant training areas

Assist in organizational design by assisting in the design and restructuring of organizational systems, structures, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This could involve redesigning workflows, job roles, and reporting relationships.

Helps in succession planning by developing and implementing succession planning processes to identify and develop future leaders within the organization. This could involve talent reviews, leadership development programs, and mentoring initiatives.

Knowledgeable in data analysis and reporting by collecting and analyzing data related to organizational effectiveness, employee performance, and other relevant metrics. This could involve preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any four-year course
• With at least 1 year of experience in Human Resource Management focusing on organizational development or training and development
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work in Binan Laguna
• Willing to work on site
