The Revenue Accounting Staff will be responsible for the completion of Revenue-related Accounting reports.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
1. Prepares sales reports for Financial Reporting Package and Management Reporting Package.
2. Prepares and reconciles relevant journal entries.
3. Prepares Summary List of Sales.
4. Close coordination with Accounts Receivables Team with regards to reconciliation of sales posted in Oracle system, including other related transactions affecting Revenue account.
5. Close coordination with General Accounting Team with regards to the reconciliation of sales entries vs Trial Balance.
6. Reviews the customer master file and updates it if necessary (including cash and credit customer, TINs and addresses).
7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time depending on education, training, qualifications, relevant experience, and available resources commensurate to authority.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably with experience on Revenue Accounting or Accounting-related function
- Preferably with knowledge and good understanding on ISO, Food Safety, CcGMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
