Job Description
This role gives you the opportunity to meet entrepreneurs and business owners in various industries. You will learn a great deal about what goes into setting up a business.
As part of the sales and marketing team your primary duties will include:
- Ensure that the leads generated by the marketing team are properly qualified and closed
- Encourage the use of the website for all transactions (inquiries and monitoring of account activity)
- Nurture relationships with existing clients
- Explain Full Suite's services and the benefits of these to prospects
- Upsell/upgrade one-time customers with other services that can be offered
- Establish both official and non-formal partnerships with relevant communities and organizations that will expand the company's market reach and customer base
- Manage the referral process to partners
- Report to the management on a weekly basis on prospect-related activities
- Participate in networking events
- Turn over to Business Permits and Licenses Team
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong ability to plan and organize
- Experienced in inbound sales methodology (Hubspot certification preferred)
- Innovative (Improvement process internally)
- Strong sense of integrity
- Persuasive / Influential
- Enthusiastic learner
