Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college
  • Has Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance Management and other related course
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in client coordination, preferably gained from BPO or Shared Services environment, with focus on Supply Chain, Order Management and Sales and Distribution
  • Can communicate well in all levels
  • Has customer-centered attitude
  • Okay to work in a shifting schedule and even on holidays and weekends
Job Description

Sales Order Processing

  • Enter sales orders into SAP accurately and in a timely manner, including part number, customer details and pricing
  • Process order cancellations within one hour of receipt
  • Record cancellations on the National Logistics Database
  • Analyze cancellations by branch weekly, and recommend improvements to the order chain as required
  • Ensure invoices are processed effectively and in manner required
  • Liaison with Freight Forwarders and Logistics providers

Stock Management

  • Actively pursue ‘better’ buying by shopping around other resellers
  • Update of ETA’s reports from vendors to SAP
  • Manage buffer stock according to customer requirements and company policy, procedure and guidelines
  • Escalate any issues to appropriate Account Manager
  • Ensure stock is returned to vendor for customer RAs in appropriate timeframe
  • Check Excess Stock Report to ensure all stock on hand is used before ordering

Back Order Management

  • Ensure all customer ETAs are updated on SAP and meet customer SLAs
  • Highlight any areas for correction
  • Release orders to warehouse
  • Escalate order fulfillment
  • Communicate any on-going amendments to order status to the customers in a professional manner


  • Customer being referred to incorrectly as “Internal or External Fujitsu customers”.
  • All functions related to his position or job that may be delegated by the Company to the Employee.
