Job Description
  • Direct work coordination with all the Department Heads of the company and partner employment agencies
  • Handles the computation and documentation of Employee's Compensation and Benefits
  • Prepares monthly SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig remittance & loan payments and reports
  • Timekeeping and Payroll Processing
  • Auditing of out-source payroll billing
  • Yearly processing of BIR Alphalist – 1604CF and 2316
  • Recruitment duties such as initial interviewing and shortlisting of applicants
  • Conducts general orientation of company rules and regulations
  • Monitoring of A/R or charges of employees
  • Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
  • Other Human Resources functions as seen fit by Management
