Job Description
- Look after the Recruiter Projects queue.
- Initiate contact with the users via phone, chat, or email.
- Recommend different ideas and improvements to manage and improve quality of projects.
- Find and endorse the most suitable freelancer for the project.
- Focus sales efforts on upselling project upgrades.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customers' inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s / College degree in any field.
- A degree or diploma in a Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with web-based businesses.
- Sales experience is highly valued particularly working via phone, email, and chat.
- Multilingual candidates are also given priority.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
- Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Self-starter.
- Target-driven.
