Job Description
- Provides customer service and support by answering queries of customers.
- Gathers thoroughly and efficiently customer information, assess, and fulfill customers' needs.
- Resolves customers' issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least 2nd year in college.
- With more than 1-year call center experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in handling financial accounts is an advantage.
- Has deep understanding of customer service.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge with MS Office applications.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
