Job Description
The Brand and Business Manager shall be responsible for the over-all development of the portfolio of the assigned brand and shall lead the brand management team in the conceptualization and execution of all initiatives related to Brand Building, Market Penetration and Business Growth/Sales Achievement.
As a Brand and Business Manager in Focus Global, Inc., you will have the chance to:
- Share your Brand Management skills as you support the company in developing and implementing strategic marketing and business plans.
- Work with world-class brands that are identified as international leaders in the innovation and marketing of products.
- Expand your network as you deal with other accomplished marketing professionals and service providers in the industry

Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
To be considered for the position, aspiring candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- With at least 6-8 years solid experience in Marketing and Brand Management and 3 years experience in supervisory or managerial capacity
- Work experience in the same industry is a plus but not required.
- Must be a graduate of a reputable university
- Someone who can take initiative, is comfortable working with uncertainty, sees a problem and knows how to go about solving it even with limited knowledge/facts.
- Must be results driven or results oriented, extremely analytical
- Must have a strong appreciation & understanding of consumer insights / data-based marketing and also possess a track record of success in Brand Management.
- Must have strong business acumen and high creativity.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
