Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Providing financial analysis, advice and support for FPIP and FIT to make sound business decisions
  • Achieving customer service delight in every opportunity of interaction with guests, locators, prospects, and service providers.

Job Key Results Area / Responsibilities:

  • Provides and interprets financial information
  • Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicts future business directions and/or challenges
  • Analyzes changes and advises possible alternative courses of action
  • Helps formulate strategic and long-term business plans
  • Researches and reports on factors influencing business performance
  • Analyzes the competitive environment and marketing trends
  • Develops financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
  • Prepares financial models and presentation slides of business/projects that FPIP and FIT are interested in entering/doing
  • Prepares PowerPoint presentation slides for board meetings and ML1 meetings.
  • Prepares, monitors, and analyzes the consolidated budget for FPIP and its subsidiaries, and FIT.
  • Dedicates time and effort to ESH activities that may be assigned
  • Provides support to the Business Excellence programs
  • Contributes the application of Investor in People practices and drills
  • Performs other duties require by superior from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.S. Business Administration & Accountancy;
  • Certified Public Accountant; Passed Level 1 of the CFA exam;
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related fields;
  • At least 5 years experience as supervisor or similar capacity;
