Job Description
Leasing
- Responsible for leasing commercial properties in accordance to company targets
- Leads marketing activities and efforts for the assigned properties
- Leads in contract reviews and negotiations with clients
- Aggressively networks with and talks to new and existing clients and maintains a good and harmonious relationship with them
- Oversees booking of locator’s tenants for the dormitory and events and functions for the events place
- In charge of leasing ancillary facilities of dorm and events place such as laundry facility, canteen, offices, and the like
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least three (3) years of working experience in leasing commercial properties or events spaces for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE)
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or Hotel and Restaurant management
- Very good communication and presentation skills
