- Develop project plans for the duration of the project
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses
- Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients
- Travel to jobsites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors
- Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve issues
- Use computer software to calculate estimates
- Evaluate a product’s cost-effectiveness or profitability
- Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare estimates
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates
- Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective or profitable
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Flexible on work locations
- Willing to be assigned/stay at site
- Must be willing to work ASAP

About Finmat International Resources Inc
Finmat International Resources, Inc. was established on February 22, 1997. During its early year, FINMAT was involved in Marketing and small-scale projects from counter-top installation to toilet tilling. In early 1998, FINMAT was given a big break for the architectural finishes such as drywall partition, gypsum and acoustic ceiling, and tiling works for the construction of Brent International School Manila in Mampalasan, Binan Laguna and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Head Office in Quezon City.
In 1999 to 2001, FINMAT successfully completed projects for ELJ Center ABS-CBN Building, Philamlife Tower, Urban Bank Plaza and several others. FINMAT, for over 20 years, has been involved in the construction of several high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, offices, condominiums, banks, and high-end residential houses in exclusive subdivisions and villages among others.
