This position will suit a professional who is a passionate, driven learner, with a customer centric mindset .
Main Responsibilities
- Ownership of preparing and processing end-to-end fortnightly and monthly pay run with support for 500 people including calculation of leave, super, commission, benefits, car allowances
- Every employee is on different wages, commission structures. car allowances etc so attention to detail is critical
- Manual calculations of long service leave, redundancy payments and termination payments
- Assist with EOM and EOY payroll processes
- Provide exceptional verbal and written customer service to all real estate agents and owners within a timely and solutions focused manner
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a payroll position processing pay runs for 250+ employees
- Exceptional customer service and you are confident and energetic – someone with a personality!
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with high fluency in English
- Intermediate level in Excel with strong computer literacy skills
- Accurate data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Always looking professional and presentable (clients are very corporate and often do video conferences)
Valued (but not essential)
- Previous experience with XERO
- You have worked for an Australian business
